26th Multidisciplinary Management of Cancers

Meeting Overview:

The 26th Multidisciplinary Management of Cancers: A Case-Based Approach meeting will present the most current information on multidisciplinary approaches in clinical oncology and will consist of tumor board cases on breast cancer, head and neck, hematologic malignancies, gastrointestinal cancers, genitourinary cancers, lymphoma, sarcoma, supportive oncology and survivorship, and thoracic cancer. 

The tumor board cases will be presented by faculty, with discussion by a panel of surgical, radiation, and medical oncologists from Stanford, UC Davis, UC San Francisco, The Permanente Medical Group, and the practice community.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop multidisciplinary treatment strategies based on national clinical practice guidelines in oncology in order to improve quality of care for cancer patients.
  • Discuss relevant clinical trials with cancer patients and refer appropriately.
